Pricing & Refund
All product prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
Prices do not include any taxes, VAT, or any customs clearance surcharges. All taxes and related expenses are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds.
Introneers reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice, we do not take responsible for any loss or damage caused by price errors or changes.
Shipping & Taxes
Introneers offers worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on standard international air shipping. Once the package arrives in your country, a local delivery company will handle the final delivery to your doorstep. Please be aware that international customers may be subject to additional fees such as tariffs and taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We will process your order within 7-14 days after order confirmation. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email update with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, orders arrive within 7-14 business days, while other deliveries may take anywhere up to 20 business days. Please refer to the tracking link from the email for the shipment status. If you miss the delivery time or are unable to receive the delivery due to personal reasons, please contact the local delivery company or post office. All packages due to fail delivery will be destroyed and cannot be compensated, if any reshipment needed, an additional fees will apply.
